Bhola District AL Confce held : Majun President, Mainul Secretary

Bhola district Awami League’s tri-annual conference was held after 8 long years. The conference was held on Saturday at the Government Boys High School ground in the city.

. Awami League General Secretary, Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader MP inaugurated the conference by virtually joining. The chief guest was Tofail Ahmed, advisor of the party and Member of Parliament for Bhola-1 constituency. District Awami League President Fazlul Quader Majnu presided over the function.

During the inauguration, Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader said, “Awami League has never conspired against anyone, but conspiracy has been admitted time and time again.” Standing in the rubble, flying the flag of creation, this is the Bangladesh Awami League.

Today Bangladesh has gone from a least developed country to a developing country. Going forward is the name of Bangladesh. Obaidul Quader further said that the soil of Bengal is still bloody, under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina towards the golden Bengal of Bangabandhu’s dream. Those who wanted to erase Bangabandhu from history are now erasing themselves from history.

Abul Hasnat Abdullah MP will be present as the guest of honor at the conference. Awami League Central Organizing Secretary Advocate Afzal Hossain was present as the keynote speaker. Speaking as the chief guest, Tofail Ahmed said that this country would not have been independent without Bangabandhu.

Today, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has turned the country into a role model for development. Many leaders will come to the world but there will never be another leader like Bangabandhu’s daughter, she has embraced death. Under his leadership, Padma bridge has been built in the country. He is a very brave leader. “I am very proud of Bhola,” he said. Bhola has developed a lot. He called on the Prime Minister to strengthen his hand.

Awami League Adviser Advocate Yusuf Hossain Humayun, Central Joint General Secretary of the party A.FM Bahauddin Nasim, party central executive committee member Anisur Rahman, Bhola-4 MP Abdullah Al Islam Jacob, Bhola-3 MP Nurunnabi Chowdhury Shaon and Bhola-2 MP Ali Azam Mukul.

The district Awami League committee was formed at the three-year conference with Fazlul Quader Majnu Mollah as president, Abdul Momin Tulu as senior vice-president and Mainul Hossain Biplob as General Secretary. The event was attended by about two and a half thousand delegates and guests including the council.
