Father killed baby girl in Bagerhat

Believe it or not Humayun Sardar of village Udaypur under Mollahat Upazila in Bagerhat district killed his 2.5 years daughter named Raisa Aktar when he dashed her to the ground violently at the night of Monday (Maarch (22), according to a delayed report received here. The killer father Humayun Sardar who is working in Bangladesh Army went into hided after committing this tragic and heart-rending incident.
Kazi Golam Kadir, Officer-in-charge of Mollahat PS told the newsmen, at the night a quarrel took place between the killer father Humayun Sardar and his wife over a family affair and at stage when it reached its climax he (Humayun) took his sleeping baby (girl) from the bed and dashed it to the ground force. As a result, the girl was killed on the spot. After the incident the killer father went into hide. On information the police rushed to the spot, recovered the dead body and sent it to Bagerhat Sadar Hospital for autopsy. In this connection Abdul Ali Shaikh, maternal grand father of the ill-fated girl registered a case with the Mollahat PS as the plaintiff against four persons. The police officer added, police are trying their best to arrest the killer father. ##
